It is a question full of my mind today! Why do people like doing somethings basing on power struggling? And, is it neccssary to do something for pleasing people? It may be difficult for people to imagine that this environment is appeared in a non business sector. But, I just can say, it is a normal situation that will occur every day in a non businss setting environment. Even you want to step forward, there are so barriers that you need to think twice. As I remembered to share experience with my friend who worked in government for couples of years, he mentioned the 1st principle in working at government department is "think twice what you are going to do! Even it is an excellent idea, majority mostly will not agree on you!"
