Yesterday when I chatted with my friend, she told me that her boss scolded someone who used computer at office sending out private emails and online chatting. At the same time, my schoolmate told me that her IT department used staff email records, assess website record as well as updated files frequent on servers records as assessment criteria of working performance. Why people still have this "stuppid" mindset in using internet? In our cyberworld, it is very difficult to divide working and leisuring. Internet, is helping people to improve quality of life and is full of business opportunities. And, it is such a terrible action to check using internet records. If you don't want your staff to do personal stuff during office hour, you may consider to set some restriction browing website.
Well... in the cyberworld, nothing is impossible.
